There were 69 sales in Whistler in the month of August, up 15% from July, and on par with August of last year. This amounted to approximately $51 million in total sales for the month of August.

There were 12 sales in Pemberton in the month of August, amounting to approximately $10 million in sales. This increase in total dollar volume was due primarily to one of the largest residential property sales ever in Pemberton. Although sales were down slightly in August when compared to July, the Squamish real estate market remains incredibly busy. There were 55 sales in August, with a total value of approximately $29.5 million Check out the Squamish real estate statistics here.
